2. Reservations

Reservations at Hatcher Bistro are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule reservations at any time. A credit card may be required for certain reservations. Cancellation policies apply and may vary based on the type of reservation.

3. Online Orders

All online orders are subject to product availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in our menu descriptions and pricing; however, slight variations may occur.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and order volume.

7. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Please inform our staff of any dietary requirements, allergies, or food intolerances when placing your order or arriving at the restaurant. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely allergen-free.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and any remaining balance will not be refunded. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

9. Events and Private Dining

For private events and special occasions, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellation fees may apply if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
